◎After completing the written application form, please directly submit or mail it to the General Administrative Division or Service Section of the department hosting the “Appointment with the Director-general” program.

◆Important Notice
1. If an applicant’s request falls under any of the circumstances outlined in Article 173 of the Administrative Procedure Act (e.g., lacking specific content or failing to provide a real name or address, repeated petitions on the same matter that have already been appropriately handled and clearly responded to, or submitting the same matter to multiple agencies not competent to address the petition), the Bureau may choose not to process the application.
2. If an applicant submits a duplicate application or a request that does not fall under the jurisdiction of the Bureau, the Bureau will provide a polite response to decline the request.
3. Applicants must provide their real name, address, contact phone number, and details of their suggestions or statements.
4. In principle, the Bureau will complete the processing of applications for appointment requests within 30 days from the day following the date of acceptance.
5. If your suggestions or statements involve simple tax consultations or related inquiries, please submit your questions through the Opinion Mailbox on our Bureau’s website so that we may provide timely responses to your tax-related concerns.
