Go down the Yilan Interchange from Chiang Wei-shui Memorial Freeway (Freeway No. 5) and go straight to the side lane for about 5 minutes .Cross viaduct to Donggang Road and turn right then go straight about 7 minutes. Turn lift to Jiucheng E. Rd. , when you  pass Yoai Department Stores , go thought Jiucheng S. Rd. about 3 minutes. Pass the  Bank of Taiwan and turn lift to Taishan Road and go straight about 1 minute that can be reached.

Get off at Yilan Station → Transfer Yilan Bus 752 to Kuang Fuh Elementary School.

Board Kamalan Bus or Capital Bus from Taipei to Yilan Transport Station and transfer Yilan Bus 752 to Kuang Fuh Elementary School.
