When a business entity loses the incoming uniform invoices, how does the business entity declare the business tax credit?

If a business entity, when losing the uniform invoice deduction copy or the receiver’s copy, is able to obtain a photocopy of the initial seller’s issuer invoice with it's business seal or preserve a photocopy of the retained copy with valid proof, may use the deduction copy or the receiver's copy with the photocopied invoice as the substitution of the incoming deductible voucher or proof of incoming entry.
