The National Taxation Bureau of Northern Area (NTBNA) indicated that according to the Enforcement Rules of Illegal Tax Evasion and Report, the accuser should provide his or her name and address as well as the name and address of the accused, and specific evidence of any illegal tax evasion. If there are any deficiencies, the tax authority should notify the accuser to provide the missing or corrected information within ten days; otherwise, that case will be rejected.
The NTBNA explains that the NTBNA's service region contains nine counties and 24 branches. An informant may report tax evasion by means of written communication, oral communication, email, or a call to a tax authority.
